Elliott Terrace Area - Experimental Traffic Regulation Order 2021

Please give us your views on our proposals relating to Elliott Terrace Area in 2021 by taking part in this short consultation

It is proposed to  -
- introduce no waiting at any time restrictions (double yellow lines) on sections of Back Bentinck Road, Back Bentinck Villas. Elliott Terrace and Lynnwood Terrace,
- introduce a 7.5 tonne weight limit on Back Bentinck Villas,
- revoke (remove) the existing 7.5 tonne weight limit on Elliott Terracei.
Details are contained in the Notice which is attached in the supporting documents below. A plan, reasons for the proposal and reasons why the Council is proceeding by way of experimental order and Order are also attached below.
