Welcome to Let's talk Newcastle Online, our online space for you to give us your views. Everyone who registers to use the site is agrees to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These rules also govern how user submissions are moderated, as defined below, and the message boards on the site. These rules may be reviewed and updated at any time; the latest copy will be displayed on this page. See the section below about legal issues which apply to your user submissions.

Purpose
Your personal data will be used for the purpose of communicating with you, providing better insight into people's views about our services, thoughts on how we deliver services, and perceptions of life in Newcastle, and also evaluating Let's talk Newcastle Online and ensuring that it is being used in accordance with these terms of use. The data will not be used for any other purpose that is not compatible with the purposes for which it is collected.

Time
Your personal data will be stored for a period of up to two years. After this point, if you have not indicated that you wish to remain an active member of Let's talk Newcastle Online, it will be deleted. If you would like to change, update or remove your personal information, you can do this by logging into your account using the 'Login' link at the top of the homepage, going to 'My Account' in the menu, and editing your information. This will also give you access to the 'Delete Account' button if you wish to delete your account entirely.
