Grey Street Area - Proposed Traffic Regulation Order, Parking Places Order and Road Humps - This consultation has now ended

It is proposed to 
  • introduce a mandatory cycle lane in Grey Street,
  • introduce a prohibition of entry restriction from Grey Street south of Shakespeare Street into Grey Street north of Shakespeare Street (except for pedal cycles),
  • introduce a one way southwards restriction on Grey Street between Market Street and Mosley Street (except for pedal cycles),
  • revoke existing prohibition of entry / driving restrictions,
  • introduce loading bays for use by any vehicle,
  • revoke all existing taxi / loading / pay & display parking places on Grey Street
  • introduce road humps at Grey Street / High Bridge.
