“The proposed change to the methods of paying for parking is to be introduced and is operative from 3rd October 2023. However with coming-into-force of these Orders, the Council will start a programme of works to roll out upgrades to ticket machines over a period of time; this will either result in new machines which will no longer accept coins, or existing ticket machines being reconfigured to no longer accept coins.
