Ethos Environmental Planning conducted stakeholder consultation on behalf of Newcastle City Council to support the evidence base document (part 1) of the open space and green infrastructure strategy. A four-week period of consultation was conducted with a range of stakeholders including: 
Strategic stakeholders 
Council officers 
Parish/community councils 
Community Groups 
Neighbouring Local Authorities 
The questions posed to each type of stakeholder were slightly different, but focused on the topics of water, recreational and accessible open spaces and access routes, ecology and landscape and heritage.
