Please give us your views on our proposal to amend the threshold where a low emission discount will be applied to resident, business and charity permits by taking part in this short consultation.

It is proposed to amend the threshold where a low emission discount will be applied to resident, business and charity permits.  The threshold will be lowered to apply the low emission discount to eligible vehicles that have an applicable CO2 emissions figure of 75g/km or lower (currently 120g/km or lower).  
Details are contained in the Notice which is attached in the supporting documents below.  The reasons for the proposals and draft Order are also attached below.
