Newcastle City Council is currently reviewing the contract for adult residential and nursing care homes in the city. We want to be sure that we provide the services that people want and need and would appreciate your feedback.  

Please note this is not about evaluating individual care homes. What you share will be kept private, not shared with anyone else, and we will only use what people tell us to help us understand what is important to people who use residential and nursing care, their families, and carers.
