Newcastle City Council wants to understand how well the Direct Payment Support Service is working for people who live in Newcastle. Please share your views with us before 31 July 2026 by completing this short survey.

Who we want to talk to
To help us improve the service, we would like to hear from people currently receiving a Direct Payment, from people who have previously had a Direct Payment, and people who work with or support people who receive Direct Payments. If this is you, please give us your views by answering these questions. If you know someone else who this applies to, please let them know about this and ask them to take part.
