Help shape the future of Adult Social Care in Newcastle
Newcastle City Council is creating a new three-year plan for Adult Social Care and Prevention, and we want to hear from you!
You might get support, help someone who does, or not need support right now. You may also have views about what good care and support is, what helps people live well, stay independent, stay connected to their community.

Help shape the future of Adult Social Care in Newcastle
Everyone’s view matters. Your experiences and ideas will help shape priorities for Adult Social Care and Prevention over the next three years. Feedback will help shape the priorities and actions in the Adult Social Care and Prevention 3 Year Plan. Please take part by completing the survey at the end of this page, which will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

How we will use your information
We will handle all information in line with UK data protection law and the Council's Let's talk Newcastle Online Privacy Policies. This survey is anonymous. We do not ask for your name, and your responses cannot be linked back to you.

How your responses will be used
Your answers will be combined with those of other people and analysed to identify common themes, priorities, concerns, and opportunities. Taking part is entirely voluntary. You can skip any question that isn't required and can stop at any time. Choosing whether or not to take part will not affect any services, support, or opportunities available to you.
