We were due to start consultation on proposals for Jesmond Dene on 26 October 2026. However, due to the volume of comments and requests for changes to the scheme during the awareness-raising events, we have delayed the start of the formal consultation for the traffic regulation order (TRO) until further notice. This is so that we can include some of the comments from the awareness-raising events we held in Jesmond recently into the new design and TRO, ahead of putting these in public for consultation.
