Newcastle City Council wants to make sure that Walker has homes that meet a wide range of needs. We are currently building new homes for older people and people with level access requirements. Planning application is to be submitted for the land at Walker Road. The development will be a mix of 14 Tyneside flats and three bungalows. 

Come along to our public consultation event on Wednesday 15 January to view plans and leave your comments.
