Children and Families Newcastle brings services together so they can support children and families to get the help and support that they want and need, and children and families can use a range of services and activities that are important to them in their local area. We want to make sure that children and families only have to tell their story once, and that they get the support they need, when they need it.
Council’s current arrangements for our Children and Families Newcastle Community Family Offer are due to end in March 2025, and following engagement with providers and stakeholders, we are proposing to put in place four area-based contracts which will bring together key services in each area under one contract, and we would like to hear your views on our proposal.
