Statutory Notice: We propose to -
(i) designate the following roads as a permit parking place zone between the hours of 9am to 11am and 1.30pm to 3.30pm, Monday to Saturday, for J13 permit holders -

North Jesmond Avenue Area Zone consisting of the following roads - North Jesmond Avenue, Mitchell Avenue, Towers Avenue, Crossway and Bemersyde Drive.
There will be limited waiting between the hours of 8am – 6.30pm Monday to Saturday on North Jesmond Avenue. The maximum period of stay for vehicles not displaying a J13 permit will be 2 hours with no return within 6 hours. Parking Zone J13 permit holders will be exempt from the time limit.
(ii) introduce limited waiting restrictions on Osborne Road between the hours of 8am – 6.30pm Monday to Saturday. The maximum period of stay for vehicles not displaying a J2 permit will be 2 hours with no return within 6 hours. Parking Zone J2 permit holders will be exempt from the time limit.
(iii) increase in length existing no waiting at any time restrictions (double yellow lines) on sections of Mitchell Avenue and Osborne Road.
